Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges as we are a make-to-order brand. Each garment is hand made by our skilled artisans only after receiving an order.
However, Returns and Exchange of any AINDHRI product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

1. DAMAGED GOODS
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receipt. A full store credit will be applicable for damaged products which will be given once we receive back the merchandise. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

Any loose threads are due to human error, as all our products are ‘handcrafted’ and hence are not considered as a manufacturing defect

2. KALAMKARI
Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour choice, handwork or based of the nature of kalamkari art form. Being hand painted art form each fabric is a unique piece of art that voices the story of the artist. The art work on the fabric is subject to a 5-10% deviation in terms of colour variation. There could be few discolorations and colour spreads due to the ambient climatic conditions at the time of painting (as the colours react with the weather)

All AINDHRI products are handcrafted. Each piece is one of a kind, no two pieces are the same. Which also means your purchase may slightly differ from the image you see on the website.

There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting and screen resolution.

3. WRONG ORDERS
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.


TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE
For return or exchange, call or write to us and we will schedule a pick at no cost to you. We suggest to take a video/pictures while opening the package in case there is damage.
Once we receive the return product, it undergoes a quality check. Once approved new product will be shipped to you within 10 days from the date of approval from our QC team.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. AINDHRI will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.
The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. AINDHRI reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.
This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.
If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
In case of any alterations or corrections in the sizes , AINDHRI will not incur the shipping charges on the merchandise.

REFUNDS
All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only.
you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team.
You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. Validity of the credit note will be 3 months from the date of issue of the credit note.


CANCELLATION
We do not entertain cancellation of order after 24 hours from receiving the order. However if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the ordering, you will be refunded (credit note) for the order placed.
There will be no cash or online payment refund for cancellation of order.
You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. Validity of the credit note will be 3 months from the date of issue of the credit note.
